We grieve with you
Lord, we thank you for this dynamic and life-giving world. And we grieve with you when some of those processes that bring life to the world also bring death.
We lament when our lack of wisdom and our inequity in sharing resources leads to tragedy.
Be with the people of Turkey and Syria whose lives have been upended.
May the homeless find good shelter, may aid agencies be well-supported and be led by your Spirit to places of greatest need.
May the vulnerable to protected from illness and evil.
We pray for those we know who are sick or in need of our prayers.
We pray for those in Long Term Care.
