For your prayer
Ever-present God, we thank you for holding us as we have journeyed with you in these wilderness years, and for going ahead to prepare a place for us. As we celebrate our final Sunday service at the School, we ask for your blessing on this place, and all who work, learn, and play here. We pray that the connection between church and school, strengthened by our time together, will remain fruitful and mutually joyful.
Jesus, we thank you for the sense of home we find in many places, and we look forward to our final homecoming and the renewed creation of all things.
We pray for those we know who are sick or in need of our prayers.
We pray for those in Long Term Care.
Parish Cycle of Prayer
We pray for our verger, study/home groups; all who live out their baptism in diverse ways in our parish and beyond; City Council workers and others who care for our local environment.
Diocesan Cycle of Prayer
We pray for the parish of St Michael and All Angels, and St Michael’s Church School. We pray for the Diocesan Clergy Conference.
