Duties include: between 2 people

· Dusting/polishing pews

· Sweep wooden floors

· Vacuum carpet (includes choir stalls)

· The new vacuum cleaner is bagless. PLEASE EMPTY CONTAINER EVERY WEEK.

· Clean cobwebs off windows and sweep up dead flies.

· Clean all three vestries and church entrance weekly.

The vacuum cleaner is kept in a cupboard in the Choir Vestry

1 person to clean:  brass near the font, the processional cross and baptismal ewer (in Vicar’s Vestry). Brass cleaning equipment is kept in choir vestry.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE ALTAR AS IT IS THE VERGER'S RESPONSIBILITY
