2 St Marks halls etc      
2.1 Roof issue Requires replacment  / major refurbishment. WS will make preliminary enquiries with a view to obtaining a suitable expert to devise a plan Jul-10 WS
2.2 Toilet area vent Require weatherproofing  with roof  
2.3 Lounge walls Plastering done. HW to paint this wall only  May-10 HW
2.4 Lounge chairs Replace or refurbish 5 to 7 years  
2.5 Wilson Room floor Parquet repairs 2 years?  
2.6 Foyer roof rain head NW has a new SS ranhead to fit in the cnr of Wilson room& foyer.  Will modify & fit Jul-10 NW
2.7 Lounge carpet kink in it, probably beyond stretching ? ?
2.8 Spoutings Ask for someone to take this on as their responsibility, as an ongoing job May-10 NS
2.9 Lounge door bolts Need replacement bolts, possibly heavier Jun-10 WS
         
3 St Marks Vicarage       
3.1 Roof spraying Agreed not necessary

4.1 Exterior timber Timber overdue for repaint. Obtain prices 6 months BMcK
4.2 Bell tower Bell tower, looking shoddy & bird netting requires replacment (NS) 2 years  
4.3 Church roof Al decromastic tiles, okay at present, but for how long? Next 5 to 10 years?  
4.4 Foyer roof Flat, gives issues around flashings, parapets  Very hard to address  
4.5 Column in chancel Requires plastering & recoating ?  
4.6 Church interior Internal paintwork would benefit from repaint 5 years?  
4.7 Heaters  Some peished wiring & some with slow fans wirng done  
4.8 Foyer carpet Looking worn 5 year  
4.9 Foyer curtains Torn, require replacement completed
