After hearing reports of children coming to kindy without sufficient warm clothing, the parish craft group is setting about knitting woolly clothes for babies and children to give away. If you would like to knit, or supply wool, please contact Elizabeth on 03 981 7384.

Bickies for business

A group of parishioners is taking gifts of baking and a card to local schools, health centres and businesses. Meanwhile, the parish commits itself to praying for these places of work at the same time as the gifts are delivered. So far gifts of baking have been take to over 30 schools, kindergartens, health centres, and businesses within the parish boundary.
